iMix is one of the many interesting features and applications offered by itunes. It is designed to allow users to create and publish their own playlists on the itunes music store. iMix is a customized list of song selections from users own preferences.

Basically, when a person purchases an ipod, he is required to install the iTunes software to his computer in order to manage the song and video contents of his ipod. (portable digital media player). After managing the songs and videos in the computer, the contents can be uploaded to the ipod by way of using the synching feature found on the itunes application software in the computer. Users can browse for their favorite songs or scan for some fresh songs to include in their iMix. They can create as many playlists as they want and publish to the iTunes store. They can share these playlists to friends, family and to the public. Each playlist will be published for a year only. Users are allowed to write a review and rate each iMix to determine its popularity.

Users who are looking for great songs can check on these playlists or iMixes for song or video recommendations. If they can spot for songs and videos that fit their taste and style then they can buy the songs they love through downloading either the playlist or pick the songs they like from a particular iMix/playlist to the computer and then upload to their ipod, mp3 or burn to CD.

Cancer is a very scary word. It killed millions of people already and continues to kill everyday. What is it in Cancer that it is so fatal and so powerful that it is able to weaken and kill millions of people. How can we get rid of this very notorious disease

Cancer is a certain type of disease characterized by an abnormal and immature growth and division of cells. These cells continue to divide without control and grow unnecessarily until they become big enough to create a problem.

The Body is made up of many different types of Cells. Cells are the body's basic unit of life or the Building Brick of Life. These cells grow and divide in a very controlled manner to produce more cells as they are needed to keep the body healthy and strong. During the early years of a person's life, normal cells divide faster to allow the person to grow. After the person becomes an adult, most cells divide only to replace worn-out cells or dying cells or to repair injuries.

But in some cases, this whole process sometimes go wrong. Genetics and a person's lifestyle is a major contribution to the malfunction of the cells. To the worst situation, the genetic material (DNA) of a cell can become damaged or changed, producing mutations that affect normal cells' growth and division. When this happens, cells do not die when they are supposed to die upon getting old or damaged but instead, new cells form out of that cell even though the body does not need them. These extra cells divide, multiply, spread and grow and may form a mass of tissue called Tumor.

Basically, Cancer cells originated from Normal cells.

If the body has a very good, healthy and strong Immune System (Things We Should Know About Immune System), the network of healthy cells from there (immune system) should do a great job on preventing and destroying those cancer cells before they can invade to different organs and body tissues.

But i f the body has a very poor immune system, it would give the extra cells the chance to continue growing, dividing, multiplying and spreading around the body organs and tissues until a mass of cancer cells or tumor develops somewhere. It could be in the breast which will create a Breast Cancer, in the brain called Brain Cancer, in the colon called Colon Cancer and etc. The network of cells in the immune system are weak enough to fight, block and kill these invading cancer cells.

Therefore, it is very imperative to take extra care and attention of our immune system because it is our knight and shining armour.
